Fusion Grill in Valley Springs is the all-you-can-eat experience you need! While the menu food is good, the real star of the show is the grill. Watching those chefs work their magic, whisking the food around the grill, is mesmerizing. My tip: make sure you ask for double sauce - it takes the flavors to the next level. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great vibe. If you're in Calaveras County, this is a must-visit spot. You'll leave happy and full!

Excellent menu of just about everything Mongolian bbq and many Chinese items. I had a couple appetizers which were very good. Fast and friendly service from very attentive staff. Very comfortable spot with tables and chairs also booths are available. Next time I will bring a big appetite and try the BBq.

The food was wonderful and the crunch on my general chicken was great! I'll be back! The service was great and we were checked with regularly.

I came to have lunch on a Saturday. I had the cashew chicken and fried rice. My husband had Mongolian beef and white rice. Their food was very fresh with plenty of vegetables. They had generous portions that were reasonably priced. Their service was attentive and polite. I am very sad that I didn't get the Mongolian bbq It looked delicious with fresh protein and a wide variety of veggies. I highly recommend Fushion Grill.

I love that there's a Mongolian grill in Valley Springs, this is my second time coming to this place since my family has moved into the area. The restaurant is very clean, the food is fresh & the service is friendly overall. The first time I ate at this place, it was a Saturday evening & we were helped rather quickly; there was a gentleman at the entrance helping everyone that was coming in. However, this last visit we came on a Tuesday evening around 6:30 pm there were 2-3 servers & no designated host. No one ever really acknowledged or even made eye contact with the large number of customers that were piling up at the entrance waiting to be helped. Our group of 4 waited about 25 minutes with about 4 other groups of diners until we walked up to the register to look for help (we were just wanting to take our food to go) & by that time 2 groups had already left because they'd been waiting there for some time before we arrived & expressed that no one had even made eye contact with them. I did notice & completely understand that they may have been understaffed for the amount of people that were dining in that evening but some sort of acknowledgment such as a welcome or a, "thank you, I'll be with you in just a moment" would have gone a long way. I appreciate the servers & all they do, because it's not always easy, just a little something they may want to improve for the future.

Even my parents love this place and that's saying a lot. They are very picky and usually choose an Applebee's or Chili's kinda place so for them to request going here it's gotta be good. Pick your own veggies - they got them all and meat...if you're into that. Then give your bowl to the cooks while the swirl it around the grill, circulating your concoction on the hot grill while you try not to drowl on yourself with the scent of your selected options. Don't forget to add your favorite dressings like soy sauce. Rice vinegar, sesame oil, house sauce or whatever there are so many choices. If it needs more dressing they will let you know
